The system controls turbine speed and load—essential functions for the operation of power generation systems.

PowerLoop offers a Brazilian alternative to imported technologies, backed by engineering expertise and local customer support, with the flexibility to evolve according to industrial requirements.

Key features include a web-based interface, support for open communication protocols such as OPC UA and/or Modbus, three-language operation, and a safety architecture designed for industrial environments.

Synapse: Artificial Intelligence on the Factory Floor

Synapse brings artificial intelligence directly into the plant, connecting to PLCs and working with real-time process data, historical records, production information and equipment availability.

Its NPU-based architecture enables AI processing locally, including for computer vision applications.

However, its main differentiator lies in how it interprets data.

A monitoring system displays the data. Synapse interprets it.

The platform transforms industrial information into clearer insights, helping managers and operational teams understand what happened, identify changes in process behavior, and focus their attention on what matters most.
